　　工作原理：

　　超聲波寬度控制儀 , 主要原理是根據超聲波脈沖反射原理來進行薄膜寬度的測量 , 當探頭發射的超聲波脈沖通過媒介到達薄膜時 , 脈沖被反射回探頭后 , 通過精確測量超聲波在探測器與薄膜間傳播的時間 , 超聲波處理模塊進行快速的運算來確定被測薄膜的寬度。

　　然后通過超聲波寬度控制系統 , 對吹膜機的氣泡進行調整 , 穩定且快速的達到設定寬度。

　　WORKING PRINCIPLE：

　　ultrasonic pulse reflection. When the ultrasonic pulse emitted by the probe reaches the thin film through the medium, the pulse is reflected back to the probe. By accurately measuring the time of ultrasonic propagation between the detector and the thin film, the ultrasonic processing module performs rapid calculations to determine the width of the tested thin film.

　　Then, through the ultrasonic width control system, the bubbles in the film blowing machine are adjusted to reach the set width stably and quickly.
